1General Terms & Applicability

Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the deposit. For example, if you deposited via bKash, your withdrawal must also go to bKash. Takbat 17 reserves the right to freeze payments and conduct an investigation if money laundering is suspected.

4Bonuses & Promotional Offers

Accepting a bonus from Takbat 17 means you agree to the following terms:

• Every bonus comes with specific wagering requirements that must be met before a withdrawal can be made.
• Bonuses are generally valid for 7 to 30 days — any unused bonus will be automatically cancelled upon expiry.

• If match-fixing or result manipulation is proven for any event, all bets on that event will be voided.

Takbat 17 reserves the right to set betting limits for any member, particularly when unusual betting patterns are detected.

6Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Takbat 17 platform:

• Using bots, automated scripts, or any software to place bets.
• Creating multiple accounts to abuse bonuses.
• Transferring or receiving funds through another member's account.
• Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds.
• Attempting to hack or manipulate odds or game outcomes.
• Harming other members for personal gain on the platform.

7Account Suspension & Closure

Takbat 17 may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• Registering with false or misleading information.
• Failure to complete KYC verification or submission of fraudulent documents.
• Involvement in prohibited activities.
• No account activity for an extended period (12 months).
• The member submits a voluntary closure request.

Takbat 17 will notify the member before closing an account, unless there is evidence of involvement in prohibited activities — in which case the account will be closed immediately.
